RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
- Generate leads and referrals, along with setting appointments for our sales team.
- Conduct birthday calls to current customers.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently.
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
Open to both Full-Time and Part-Time availability.
Compensación: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
